Hiring Senior Account Executive in my team, ideal candidate should have experience in below:
• Strong experience in IT recruitment (Such as working on Application/ Digital/ Infrastructure/ ERP/ Cloud/ DevOps positions)
• Must have account management experience (Client, Account & Stakeholder management experience)
• At least 3 years’ experience required, ideally in a similar role in the UAE
• Ideally from an agency background
• Overall experience as 360 Consultant would be highly preferred
• Experience in farming existing accounts and converting opportunities, closing positions by self-OR working closely with internal recruitment team
