Facility Engineer Required
The hiring company is an oil and gas company based in the UAE.
Job Role:
• Corrective Tasks (Electromechanical Assets)
• PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance)
• Supervise arrangement of Spare Parts
• General maintenance
• Projects Supervision
• Onsite contractor’s communication
• Cost control
Requirements:
• Open to Arabic nationality
• Male, 40 to 50 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management or a related qualification in Engineering
• At least 10 years of experience in the same role in facility management
• Skilled in building management, AC, pipes, electrical plumbing maintenance
• Knowledgeable in building refurbishment
• Background in oil & gas industry is an advantage
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
