Urgent Hiring! Senior Operations Executive
Job Role:
• Manage Operations Team activity by mainly handling a group of 5-6 team staffs
• Function as a Team Leader and reports directly to the CEO
• Ensure principal procedure and instructions are properly followed within specific required timing
• Build strong relations with commercial sales
• Maintain proper customer’s service handling to enable the team to achieve company and principal targets
• Oversee container control, repairs, and stock handling
• Perform other administrative tasks such as document filing and preparation of reports
Requirements:
• Open to Indian nationals
• Male, 30 to 40 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
• At least 2 years of managerial experience in a shipping/logistics company
• Must have an excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have a commercial thinking and initiative, confidence, and resilience
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
