One of the leading Dubai based supermarket is looking for BUYER for Purchase department
Responsible for the planning, selecting and buying of merchandise for retail establishments.
Duties include market research, competitor analysis, and product
Evaluations and testing, monitoring purchase orders and creating reports for the management team.
Job Description
• Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.
• Participate in the development of specifications for equipment, products or substitute materials.
• Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
• Control purchasing department budgets. Consistently offer professional, engaging and friendly
• Service willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities and tasks
• Closely work with Purchase manager and Supervise, train and motivate Purchasing department Employees.
• Bachelor degree or Equivalent educational qualification.
• Minimum 6-8 Years of related experience in retail or FMCG sector in UAE.
• Multilinguistic (Arab and English) is added advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license is must
