Our client is now recruiting for a Sales Executive
Duties & Responsibilities
• New marketing (Find the new clients through direct meeting, Telecalls, referrals)
• Regularly meeting with high potential clients to get the new inquiry
• Supporting technical team for the site survey
• Regularly meeting with the existing clients to maintain the healthy relation ship
• Getting Fire system drawing & BOQ from the clients
• Coordinate with Sales coordinator & Engineers for preparing quotations (New AMC,AMC
Renewal, Call outs, Rectification,Fitouts & Projects)
• Cross checking the reports & Quotation before submission to clients
• Quote submission
• Quotation follow up for the approval
• Arranging client meeting with Engineering Team for quote approval process
• Regularly follow up with client for the Quote approval and try to get their budgetary price to
close the deal.
• Once got the approval, Follow up with Sales Coordination Dpt. & Accounts Dpt.for entering the
job .
• Submitting invoices for the advance payment and follow-up the payment.
• Once job is entered, keep follow up with Engineering Dpt.to schedule the work
• Coordinate with Engineering Dpt. and update the work progress with client.
• Progressive & final Invoice Delivery for fit out jobs
• Submission of AMC Invoice & contracts for client signature & stamping.

Candidate Specification
• The candidate should have experience in marketing in the same industry for 2 to 5 years in Dubai.
• Should possess valid Driving License.
•4Should have an excellent communication skills.
• Should be able to join within 30 days from the date of acceptance of the Offer Letter
