Responsibilities include:

- New Product Formulation for Lubricating Grease, Industrial Lubricants, Lubricant Selection and Application

- Created Process Map for New Product Development

- R&D;Laboratory Supervisor

- Training of Employees and Customers

- Researching of Competitor Products, Market and Raw Materials,

- Tested Competitor Products, Finished Products, and Raw Materials

- Expertise in compounded lubricant formulation.

- Proven track records in new product development.

- Strong problem-solving capability.

- Expertise in organic and polymer synthesis and characterization.

- Chemical process development.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience in lubricant additives, specialty chemicals,

المهارات
- Minimum of 10 years experience

- or M.S. in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry Must have strong practical experience within a chemical production quality laboratory environment and possess a strong “hands-on” philosophy and work ethic.

- Experience in industrial lubricant formulations/chemistry and performance tests used to characterize formulated lubricants (especially those tests commonly used in an industrial lubricant manufacturing quality laboratory) is highly desirable.
