Job Description:
• Preparation of Pre-shipment and post-shipment Documentation
• Preparation of monthly dispatch schedules
• Preparation of Contracts and Invoices as per buyer s requirement
• Monitor deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining accurate logs of all transportation and goods
• Assisted in Billing Management and receipts preparation
• Provide shipment information to customer
• Bills receivable/payable maintaining reconciliation
• Assist in tracking shipments and providing alternative information
• Provide transportation information and manage billing information
• Preparation of invoice and packing sheets for the delivery
• Maintains stock in SAP SD Module and preparation of documents for loading and offloading as per the delivery schedule
Requirement:
• Knowledge of SAP / ERP
• Knowledge of export documentation in Middle East
• Proficient in MS office
• Experience in similar industry preferred but not mandatory
