Kvadrat was established in Denmark in 1968 and has deep roots in Scandinavia’s world-famous design tradition. A leader in design innovation, Kvadrat produces high-performance, design upholstery and curtain textiles, rugs and acoustic solutions for both commercial and residential interiors.
For our showroom in Dubai, we are looking for a sample coordinator to join our team and be responsible for all sampling processes in a client-facing, fast-paced environment.
The job
Your main responsibilities will be to manage all processes related to sampling inquiries and binder updates.
Key tasks:
Responsibility for sample room and showroom inventory, maintenance and organization at all times.
Arrangement of sample deliveries from our HQ.
A quarterly stock take of all sampling.
Process sample orders from clients and sales team, including organizing same-day dispatch.
Prepare the sales team for their client meetings by collecting samples according to instructions.
Occasionally, participate in showroom meetings with the sales team.
Responsible for quarterly merchandising of all sample literature at design studios in Dubai.
Miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
المهارات
You have an interest in design and would like the opportunity to be part of a creative design community.
You are a structured, detail-orientated, proactive and organized team player.
You will bring a well presented, positive, honest, and open-minded approach to the working environment.
Minimum High School graduate.
Experience in MS office, experience with Citrix / Dynamics is an advantage.
Fluency in spoken and written English.
