الوصف الوظيفي We are looking for an entry level salesperson who is hungry to learn, motivated by success and is a team player. The role involves sales of Wi-Fi, Networking and Consumer Tech solutions to Channel Partner/Resellers within the Middle East and Africa Regions. This role requires an understanding of consumer technology. Reporting into our Business Development Managers, you will be accountable for smaller accounts with the longer-term view to develop upwards. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Contribute to the sales team in driving revenue by qualifying leads, preparing quotes, managing product lists, and communicating with customers. · Account management: regular communication with key accounts to bring in repeat business; develop close relationships with partners and provide them with the latest solutions. · Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails · Use the CRM to manage daily workflow and customer order requirements; track and analyze sales performance regularly and prepare sales plans to achieve objectives. · Work closely with the accounts, sales coordination, and logistics teams to ensure timely payment management and delivery to the clients in line with the timeline established. · Build close and good relations with potential and existing clients, and aggressively chase new orders. Be the contact person for the client. Resolve efficiently potential problems with clients and coordinate internally for the appropriate solutions. · Ensure all documentation related to the clients is recorded and filed correctly; Prepare regular reports to be discussed with the management and participate to internal sales and management meetings. المهارات · Excellent communication skills with the ability to drill down in detail to ascertain the key points and filter out non relevant information. · Results focused and driven, with a hunger for success. · A self-starter, who can plan, prioritize workload to achieve results. · Prepare and deliver solution-based product presentations and demonstrations to prospects and customers. · Excellent business knowledge and the ability and willingness to learn, as required new business skillsets. · Must be open, flexible and creative regarding time management and scheduling. Equally comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
