Hiring Associate Technical Support Engineer (Microsoft)
• Having working experience in Exchange, Office 365 and Active Directory
• Handle Health Check services and Preventive Maintenance
• Should have handled Projects along with Senior Members of the team
• Should have willingness to learning individually to develop himself on new technology.
• Maintain and acquire Certifications as per Business Requirements for self and team.
• Have Excellent cross department communication and relationships with all stakeholders.
• Coordinating with SMEs/vendors for certain Support cases and implementation related tasks.
• Willing to work on-field at customer premises for undertaking Customer initiated Projects & Support functions based on the requirement
• Ability to inspire confidence in our Customers
• Self-Starter and able to work independently and as part of the team
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize multiple objectives, initiatives and requests.
• Ensures successful implementation and maintenance as per defined standards.
