IT Officer Vacancy in Dubai
• Applicant must have Valid UAE Driving License.
• Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support, data network and server management.
• Install and test desktop software applications.
• Setup computers and install software for various applications and programs.
• Interact with staff on desktop problems and their resolution.
• Maintain computer peripheral devices like printers and resolve associated problems.
• Configuring and maintaining Outlook.
• Supporting users and network administrators through site visit.
• Perform PC Asset Management and maintain the PC asset database.
• Configuration and testing of any new hardware and software.
• Management of the daily data backup and retrieval scheme.
• Responsible for supporting: Windows OS / Office, Windows Server, Active Directory, Mobile, Backup products, Anti-Virus products, DNS/DHCP, TCP/IP, Ethernet, wireless router and Firewall Configurations.
