AC Technician & General Maintenance

Job Purpose:

To perform highly diversified duties to maintain and repair A/C units, building facilities according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems, and processes to support the achievement of the business goals and objectives. Maintain and improve facilities.

Key Accountabilities:

Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot Building facilities such as A/C Units, carpentry, plumbing and electrical works.
Maintain, repair and trouble shoots building equipment.
Coordinate and participate in PM (preventative maintenance) tasks on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.
Do general cleaning and upkeep of buildings and properties.
Responsible for maintaining of PBX and server room.
Observes safety and security procedures.

Experience requirement:

Proven experience as a A/C, Chiller, Freezer works & General Maintenance.
Understanding of building procedures
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
Analytical skills
Teamwork and communication skills
Physical stamina and strength

Qualification and Licenses requirement:

Diploma or Graduated of Refrigeration and Air-conditioning technical course.
1-2 years working experienced in the same field.
·Valid UAE driver’s license – Preferred but not essential.
