Job Role: Creates menu items, recipes and developing dishes ensuring variety and quality Determines food inventory needs, stocking and ordering Responsible for ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines Controls and directs the food preparation process Approves and polish dishes before they reach the customer Manage and work closely with other Chefs of all levels Responsible for health, safety and food hygiene practices Requirements: Open to Indian and Arabic nationals Male, 45 y/o and below Bachelor’s degree in culinary or any related course and certifications Minimum 10 years of experience preferably from a large scale production such as central kitchen Expertise in International cuisines and in managing the entire central kitchen production Key skills – strong knowledge in P&L;, inventory, cost controlling, suppliers, and full kitchen procedures Excellent communication and team management skills Keen to details and can work in a fast-paced environment Immediate joiners will be prioritized Portfolio is required تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/head-chef-central-kitchen-4359271/ |
