• Lead in recruiting activities for our team for Expo 2020
• Create the requirements profiles for the personnel search together with the executives and specialist departments and create a schedule as well as the texts of the advertisement
• Develop recruitment policy, plans and processes
• Prioritize personnel search and develop strategies for successful searches
• Active sourcing through business and social networks
• Contact person for specialists and executives, applicants and external personnel consultants
• Review the application documents together with the wider HR team and provide a shortlist of high-quality candidates
• Conducting telephone and video interviews and lead through the personal conversations (in English)
• Conduct the final selection of applicants and initiates the onboarding process
Desired Candidate Profile
• Have a large network of events and/or construction industry professionals
• Be empathetic, curious and interested in people
• Actively seek to build business networks
• Have 5+ years of experience in recruiting within the UAE
• Be passionate in ensuring you recruit talent that best fits the team and cultural fit
• Forward-thinking and hands-on mentality
• Be open to wider HR generalist activities in future
