Position – Short Term Lettings manager
Years of exp – 2 years and above
Nationality – Any
Candidates must have short-term lettings and holiday homes letting experience.
Responsibilities as Short-Term Lettings Manager will include the following:
To achieve set targets for the team and maximize all revenue opportunities.
To measure, manage and improve staff performance against corporate targets.
To ensure continuous development of the team through ongoing coaching, support, and the identification of personal development needs in regular performance & objective reviews.
A progressive career ladder.
Support team to ensure they meet and exceed their targets.
Bring new properties onto the market.
المهارات
Key requirements:
Minimum 2 years of Short-term Lettings and holiday homes letting experience must.
Target and performance managing skills required.
UAE driving license holder.
Able to prove a track record in generating new business.
Knowledge of property law.
Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
High attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
Ability to priorities a busy workload and work well under pressure.
