Job description

Interior Designer

Trend identification.
A creative eye and attention to detail. First and foremost, you will need to be highly creative.
Design and deliver the projects on time.
Sketch preliminary design plans, including electrical and partition layouts.
Surveyor

Construction estimating or finance experienced is advantageous.
Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
You will prepare estimates and costs of the work and when the project is in progress, you’ll keep track of any variations to the contract that may affect costs and create reports to show profitability.

المهارات
Skill Set: Superior communication, profound knowledge of space planning, project management, computer aided design, skilled in the production of high-quality design concept, and strategies with ability to utilize various software like Auto-cad, Revit, Sketch-up, V-ray.
