الوصف الوظيفي As IT Support Engineer, you will be working in a team of other IT engineers for a retail luxury client. Provide day-to-day troubleshooting, problem-solving, consultation, and training to computer users for hardware, software, network and peripheral devices. Work on different tasks assigned by the team leader and participate in various IT projects execution and implementation, as follows: • Provides Level 1 and Level 2 support for end users; • Creates, manages and follows up on incidents and work orders using ticketing management software; • Installs and sets up of new desktops, laptops, printers and other IT devices; • Ensures proper functionality/support of the warehouse IT equipment; • Provides proactive IT visits for retail stores in Dubai, Abu Dhabi as well as other countries in the GCC; • Identifies and addresses complex usability problems; • Assists in the purchasing of new services, hardware, software, and other IT supplies; • Manages various user accounts such as Active directory and emails; • Manages and updates the knowledge base; • Assists in other IT issues assigned by the team leader; • Works with the team on various projects; • Accurately maintains the IT asset inventory; • Supports and assists in other projects/roll-out /initiatives support. المهارات Call center Experience Remote Assistance Good Command in English Able to work independently تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/it-support-engineer-4368716/ |
