Job Vacancy: System Administrator - Abu Dhabi, UAE
Job Responsibilities & Requirements:
• Infrastructure: Experience of having worked inside a Datacenter. Server Administration (Windows, Linux), Backups (Veeam), File Share, DNS, Active Directory, GPO. Understanding of Networks, switches, routers, firewalls, wifi and experience of troubleshooting these.
• Microsoft 365: Has experience with policy configuration for M365 Intunes, One Drive, and SharePoint Administration
• Incident handling: Monitoring system logs and Alerting on High Risks and Issue Prioritizing incidents.
• Patch Management: Tracking system updates and experience with applying patch updates on Windows machines and other systems and applications.
• User Support: Experience with helping and supporting users at various levels of seniority. Candidate needs to be a good communicator.
• Other nice to have: Cloud experience with Azure would be a big plus. Keen to develop and learn new skills SQL administration, Linux, Certificate Management.
• Master’s - MBA in information systems management
• Bachelors’ - BCA Bachelor of Computer Applications
• Certification in MCITP, CCNA, ITIL
• 8 years work experience
