Position Title:  Commi 2

Employment Type:  Full Time

Salary:  up to 2.8K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Location:  Dubai, UAE

About the Client:

An all day, high-end casual dining in the heart of Dubai serving their specialty of Mediterranean cuisine and premium shisha

Job Description:

Assist the chefs in the kitchen in preparing and cooking dishes
Prepare daily mis-en-place and food production in different sections of the kitchen
Participate in ensuring that the work section is kept clean and in orderly fashion
المهارات
Qualifications:

Open to Asian nationality
Male, 40 years old and below
At least 1 year of UAE experience as a Commi
Experience in Mediterranean cuisine is an advantage
