Position Title:  Commi 1 Chef

Employment Type:  Full Time

Salary:  up to 3.3K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus duty meals and centralized tips

About the Client:

An all-day, high end casual dining in the heart of Dubai serving their specialty of Mediterranean cuisine and premium shisha

Job Description:

Assist the Chefs in the kitchen in preparing and cooking dishes
Prepare daily mis-en-place and food production in different sections of the kitchen
Measure and mix ingredients according to established recipe cards and methods
Participate in ensuring that the work section is kept clean and in orderly fashion
Prepare basic dishes and assists the chefs in a fast phase daily setting

Qualifications:

Open to Asian nationals
Male, 40 years old and below
At least 2 years of UAE work experience from mid to high-end casual dining
Knowledge in Mediterranean cuisine is a plus
