About the Client:

A high end casual dining restaurant located in the heart of Dubai, serving Mediterranean cuisine and premium shisha.

Job Role:

Coordinate pastry section team and report to under the executive and sous chefs to ensure a successful working environment
Create, prepare and decorate all pastry items according to the company standard and ensure beautiful and tasteful presentation
Prepare, clean and organize ingredients for use in the kitchen
Ensure the kitchen is clean and sanitized at all times

Requirements:

Open to Asian nationals
Male, 40 years old and below
High school diploma or any relevant certifications
At least 2 years of UAE experience in a mid-high end casual dining restaurant
Candidates who can start immediately will be prioritized
