Manage the pastry section of the kitchen and liaising with the executive and sous chefs to ensure a successful working environment on a daily basis
Create signature pastries, baked goods, and confections, by following a set recipe while checking team work results especially presentation, to ensure beauty and taste
Develop new recipes for seasonal menus.
Meet with customers to discuss details and planning of custom-made desserts and pastries for special occasions, such as weddings.
Approve orders for new supplies, ingredients, and equipment for the pastry section, when needed, and within budget.

Qualifications:
Male, 40 years and below
High school diploma or relevant
At least 5 years of experience in the same role from mid to high-end casual dining restaurant
