Responsible for food inventory needs, stocking and ordering
Accurately and efficiently prepare the highest quality of sushi, applying quality standards, kitchen rules, policies and procedures
Control and direct the food preparation process
Manage and work closely with other Chefs of all levels

المهارات
Open to Asian nationals
Male, 38 years old and below
Minimum of 1 year experience in leadership role as Head Sushi Chef preferably from a casual/ fine dining restaurants
Available to work on call, shifts, after hours, over weekends and on public holidays
Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
