Requirements:
• Tele Sales Executive should have experience selling Telecom products to the Corporates.
• At least 2 years’ experience in the same field.
• Telesales experience is a must.
• Excellent with MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good sales ability and meeting sales quotas and targets.
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms.
• Working knowledge of relevant computer software
Responsibilities:
• Updating Sales Report.
• Assisting and coordinating with the sales team.
• Assisting and coordinating with the sales team.
• Organizing staff meetings and updating calendars.
• Replying to E-mails, Providing alternate mobile numbers, any missing or supporting documents needed.
• Answering incoming and doing outgoing calls.
• Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
