Pastry Chef

Restaurant Secrets Inc. is looking for an experienced, talented & creative Pastry Chef to join our team.
Ideally someone with 360 degrees Intermediate F&B;Management experience who wants to move into a support consultancy role, impacting the industry by working on multiple F&B;projects within & outside UAE, licensed as well as un-licensed brands.
Responsibilities would involve working with Sr. Consultants and assisting the team on the objectives & requirements of the project concept. You will be involved working for different clients and assisting on the menu engineering, developing business strategies, recommending menu selection, evaluating kitchen layout & assist with selecting equipment, and fulfilling requirements for electrical and plumbing systems.
We are looking for a talented team player with passion, with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, able to manage project timelines & work independently, maintain excellent relations with clients, and ensuring RSI service standards at all levels and every need of the client’s project is met with utmost priority.
A highly motivated professional with very high standards of excellence, efficiency, strong work ethics & a pro-active approach to delivering timelines is a non-negotiable criterion.
