Direct line of reporting to company Management and Partners.
Control and execution of new and ongoing commercial & residential repair, maintenance activities/projects by leading the technical work force, scheduling tasks, overseeing and monitoring of work progress, quality control, logistics as well as strict compliance with safety regulations at the work site.
Prepare and negotiate cost estimates, BOQ’s, budgets, and work timetables by utilizing all relevant software tools available or required.
Operate under the guidance, advice and strict approval process of the employers concerning all matters related to any financial impact on the company
Take leadership role and assist employers concerning training and development of technical staff.
Take personal initiative to advance the interest of the company at all levels of activity
Select industry standard repair & maintenance methods and strategies.
Interpret and explain maintenance related technical information to stakeholders, workers and other professionals as per requirements.
Report on work progress, timelines, quality assurance and budget matters to all stake holders & clients.
Collaborate with graphic designers, architects, engineers and other related specialists engaged in all ongoing and new projects concerning maintenance.
Liaise with suppliers, sub-contractors, vendors and third-party service providers in relation to pricing, scheduling, quality assurance, etc related to maintenance.
Oversee & manage activities and work delivery of supervisors & technical personnel engaged onsite.
Respond to and resolve matters related to work delays and other problems and emergencies.
Assist stakeholder in selection, hiring, and instructing laborer’s and subcontractors.
Comply with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations related to ongoing and new maintenance operations.
Ensuring optimal utilization of company resources including but not limited to manpower/labor, equipment, trade tools, vehicles etc.
Assisting stakeholders with evaluation and assessment of manpower/labor performance appraisals.
Ensuring adherence to company & government regulations by all manpower/labor and staff under management.
Assist and advise employer concerning procurement of materials and equipment related to work projects and in general for office inventory.
Deploy all available means and contacts in the market place to procure and win business for the company.
المهارات
Minimum of 5 years experience in management of technical teams and maintenance operations in Commercial and residential Maintenance field.
Experience in handling manpower & technical staff.
Experience in managing and streamlining maintenance operations.
Driving license mandatory
