الوصف الوظيفي This is a Contract role through ManpowerGroup - 12 months renewable contract Brief responsibilities Working as RSOC watch officer: Job purpose: RSOC Analyst shall be responsible to eaffectively monitor TAS, seek and give approvals, pull out reports and update TAS data base. Be responsible for the efficient and effective monitoring of alerts and able to roll out timely instructions to concerned team/individuals. Provide a professional interface with company travelers, ensuring that the necessary approvals are in place and all company travelers in the region are reachable for support against impending or real threat. Be overall responsible to manage security ops room as advised by the team leader. Provide support to team leader in managing all activities related to security as tabulated in Ops Room SOPs. You will ensure that the security function fully meets this requirement. Ensure that company’s integrity policy and other instructions are followed in true letter & spirit. Role and responsibilities Provide Regional Security with regional situational awareness by monitoring phone inquiries, media outlets, making drafting required notifications, receive serious incident reports, and follow established operational procedures. Perform crisis management duties by monitoring critical assets, initiating response actions and notification in the event of an emergency. Monitor travel advisory system (TAS) and alert employees of any intelligence that may affect their safety. Shall be able to approve/reject TAS in case RSM is not accessible. Be able to pull TAS reports and compile monthly TAS data. Maintain proficiency in understanding and responding to various plans and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) such as bomb threats, Crisis Management Plans (CMPs) and Business Continuity Plans (BCPs). Attend to panic alarms and may day alerts Monitor local systems such as access control, CCTV, panic alarms, fire alarms, and building automation alarms. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Shall Should be able to communicate with Regional Security Managers (RSMs) and National Crisis Management Teams (NCMTs) to provide support and advice. Maintain contact database. Support Function Assist SSA MENAT-APAC RSOC Team leader and regional security leaders in providing support in data collection, and managing travel approvals as per company travel policy. Review CM Ops Center measures & commemorate with ground requirements. Assist Security Manager in undertaking various tasks in accordance with the ‘Mandatory Requirements’ of the CM Ops Room Policy Framework Document. Assist Team Leader in drafting and rolling out relevant security reports. Effectively manage and control the security ops room budget and provide accurate information to RSD as necessary. SCM & Disaster Recovery Identify security supervisors in each country for all company sites to contact with as and when necessary. Identify and maintain data of all security vendors operating in all the countries of the region. Provide timely information to security team on occurrence of Incident. Be on call on a 24 hours x 7 days basis for any emergencies occurring at company Regional office and within the region acquiring CM Ops Center support. Undertake the security lead role in the Major Incident to support Crisis Management Teams. Training Ensure that you acquire appropriate level of training and all training needs are compatible to your practical needs. Ensure that you regularly acquire knowledge and meet training needs.
