Position Title:  Demi Chef de Partie

Employment Type:  Full-time

Salary:  up to 3K AED all-inclusive, depending on your experience and qualifications plus accommodation, transportation, and duty meals

A 5-star hospitality company in a prime location in Dubai is participating in the upcoming DUBAI EXPO 2020 and expanding their line of premium restaurants catering Continental cuisine.

Job Description:

Support the station commis in achieving key performance indicators and optimal line efficiency within the company safety and quality policies.
Ensure the use of station recipe manuals procedures to give a consistent platform for carrying out operations.
Ensure that the materials are available and on line in timely a timely manner
Monitor and control waste in the station while working in optimum quality and speed

Qualifications:

Open to Asian nationals
Male, 40 years old and below
At least 1 year of FnB experience
