الوصف الوظيفي Job Brief Currently hiring an In-house Recruiter for our Client to join thier talent acquisition team and help the organisation hire top talent in a timely, efficient & cost-effective manner while promoting diverse & inclusive hiring practices. Main Responsibilities of In-house Recruiter Your main responsibilities will include: Partnering with leaders within the organization to track ongoing hiring needs of their business · Managing end-to-end recruitment of open roles including understanding business needs and drafting job specifications, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting candidate interviews and managing the recruitment process with various stakeholders, reference checking and offer management · 3-4 years of relevant experience · Ideally someone who has recruited for the roles in the same industry · Understands the Middle East market and complexity of talents here · Comfortable with recruiting for all levels of the business (assistants – coordinators – Executives – Manages) and HR team will support him/her for Senior Leadership recruitment · Strong communication skills · We are open to candidates coming from in-house recruiter roles or agency roles, an advantage if they have recruited for positions in a similar industry · Passionate about our industry المهارات · You have prior experience within talent acquisition · Excellent interpersonal & communication skills · Ability to build relationships with & influence stakeholders · Ability to multi-task effectively · Good exposure to using applicant tracking software تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/in-house-recruiter-4384105/ |
