Position Title:  F&B;Purchasing Officer

Employment Type:  Full Time

Salary:  up to 8K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Location:  Dubai, UAE

A well-recognized group of companies, based in Dubai with international collaboration and successful track records in diverse industries such as premium brand retail, luxury furniture, high end fashion brands, hospitality, interior design, general trading and real estate throughout the UAE.

Job Description: 

Execute procurement process for all requisition for food and beverage and other related items; assuring quality, quantity at lowest possible cost.
Liaise between suppliers and restaurants to ensure their needs are met.
Update selling prices in POS as per the instruction from authorized persons
Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers and negotiate contracts while monitoring the quality of service and product provided
Conduct reviews and tenders and then make recommendations, based on commercial and operational requirements

المهارات
Qualifications:

25 to 45 years old
Bachelor of Commerce/Finance/Accounting or similar major
At least 2 years of similar experience from F&B;industry preferably with stand-alone concepts in UAE or with an up-scale 4–5-star set-up
Must have good understanding and knowledge of F&B;UAE market and flexible to comply with deadlines
Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
