Job responsibilities
Establish operational policies that reflect company values
Overseeing services delivered and provide solutions to financial and technical matters
Support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning
Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence
Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team
Develop and manage annual department budget
Oversee monthly and quarterly assessments and forecasts of organization’s financial performance against budget, financial and operational goals. Oversee short and long-term financial and managerial reporting
Liaise with top management and assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity
Plan the use of human resources. Organize recruitment and placement of required staff. Delegate tasks and accountabilities
المهارات
Requirements
10+ years overall experience, Minimum last 5 years in a management level role
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in the FM industry
Diploma / Degree holder Effective people management skills required
Proven experience of Integrated Facilities Management environment
Proven experience in managing people within an FM environment
Good knowledge and commitment to quality management principles
Ability to communicate core message clearly and confidently to people across
Ability to identify employee strengths & weaknesses; coach and motivate them to perform well when team morale is low all levels inside and outside the organization
