What you will do
The Inside Sales & Customer Service Manager is a key role directly reporting to the General Manager of Fire Suppression business for the Middle East & Africa region. You will be based in Dubai to drive, plan, manage, motivate and evaluate the Customer Service, Technical Support and Inside Sales departments activities aligned with company strategy and the market requirement. You will work in close contact with the sales and operations functions, and directly with customers to achieve the best possible customer satisfaction and support.
How you will do it
As an Inside Sales & Customer Service Manager, you will be consistently supporting the business to deliver revenue targets, numbers, and deadlines. Directly manage and coordinate pre and post-sales activities of the IS/CS/TS teams. Coordinate activities with the EMEA technical services team, sales management, and provide the necessary/required feedback. Help teams to meet & exceed customer requirements, train, retain and develop team capabilities to increase service levels & upselling capabilities, and
* Measure employee productivity, response time, quote conversion ratios, customer retention, and complaint escalation rates and drive to improve the effectiveness
* Analyse relevant data to determine the team’s performance
* Supervise lead generation and follow up to achieve sales objectives in the context of the customer operations organization
* Develop opportunities life cycle, from creation to closure
* Determines IS/CS requirements by maintaining contact with customers, conducting surveys, benchmarking best practices, analyzing information and applications
* Improve customer service quality results by studying & evaluating customers feedback
* Work across the organization to understand, influence, and implement service strategies that support improving the customer experience
* Oversee the achievement and maintenance of agreed service levels and standards taking into account customer differentiation
* Being involved in staff recruitment and performance reviews for direct reports
* Recognize improvement areas, drive changes, train and motive teams to deliver a high standard of customer service

What we look for
Required
* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Inside Sales/Customer Service environment where success can be demonstrated
* Ability to work with other functions within the business to build and execute clearly defined strategies
* Knowledge of the import/export regulations relevant for countries in the region
* Strong analytical and interpersonal skills and presents convincingly to the management, partners, and customers with an ability to inspire the teams
* Ability to coach and build effective teams, empowering others to achieve results through professional motivation, recognition and performance feedback
* Experience in project management, planning, and prioritization tasks
* An ability to make an immediate and ongoing impact in a fast-paced environment
* Hands-on experience in Salesforce.com and SAP
* Knowledge of fire protection products is a plus
* Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
