Position Title: Commi Chef (Hot and Cold)
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 3K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
Classy and trendy high-end casual dining restaurant, with indoor and outdoor seating at City Walk and Bluewaters. Serves international cuisine, also serves breakfast, mains, salads, pastries and cakes and specialty coffees
Job Description:
Assist other Chefs, measure ingredients, and clean stations
Prepare meal ingredients, which includes seasoning of different meats as well as washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits
Assist with Stock Rotation
Prepare and cook dishes as instructed by the Chef
Receive deliveries and verifying that all ordered items have been delivered
المهارات
Qualifications:
Male, 40 years and below
High school diploma or any relevant
At least 2 years of kitchen experience in stand-alone restaurant preferably high-end casual dining or 5-star hotels
Must have experience in international cuisine
Must be willing to work in Bluewaters
