Job brief
We are looking for a qualified HR business partner to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they re aligned with our business goals.
Our ideal candidate should have experience with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Payroll Management and good understanding of Local Labour Laws with good people Management Skills.
Responsibilities
• Providing end to end operational human resources support across the Middle East region, covering all aspects of generalist HR
• Compensation and Benefits Management
• Recruiting talent to join our high performing teams
• Lead the development and implementation of appropriate HR policies and practices across the region
• Work with country and regional managers to continually develop high performing, engaged teams and individuals who are focused on delivering exceptional outcomes for IDP
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
• Provide HR policy guidance
• Identify training needs for teams and individuals
• Hands-on experience on Must have knowledge of HRMS
