Our client, a leading luxury retail organisation, is seeking a Head of Marketing to join one of the Group s luxury brand teams in Dubai. The role is to lead on all marketing & communication activities for the business unit, providing strategic and creative leadership.
As, Head of Marketing , you will be tasked with building and implementing the brand s strategy to build brand sustainability and will also be responsible for setting brand goals, objectives, and budgets. The Head of Marketing will be responsible for all activities related to marketing, customer activity, loyalty, CRM, and social media for the brand.
The role will be hands on, and our client is seeking an individual with excellent people management skills. You will have a passion for the retail sector and will have the ability to work in a dynamic group environment ideally background ideally in an international luxury organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Works closely with the GM in driving strong leadership, marketing and strategies and business expansion objectives.
• Development and management of the marketing team, whilst implementing global best practices and defining brand strategy.
• Overseeing all marketing and customer related activities such as social media, content, creative, PR, communications, CX, CRM, Loyalty.
• Responsible for the creation of integrated marketing strategies that will grow the brand.
• Performing brand development evaluation with deep dive into consumer and competitor performance analysis.
• Improves and optimizes the marketing department s performance whilst looking at what strategies should be applied for optimum performance to achieve business targets.
• Working with Senior Leadership team to establish best practice for the business unit.
• Designs and implements customer acquisition, retention, development, and loyalty programmes.
• Development of Customer Experience initiatives for the brand to deliver a best-in-class customer journey.
• Participates in the design of all new projects to meet marketing and branding requirements.
• Works closely with internal stakeholders within the group across E-commerce, finance, Technology, and IT.
