1. Assist the Sales Head in creating the sales strategy, sales plan for the site
2. Review sales funnel for each sales manager and provide guidance to close the deal
3. Provide training to team members (Sales Pitch, Process, Negotiation, Closing a deal
4. Break down site office target to individual sales managers and facilitate target achievement throughout the month
5. Meet customers on need basis for closure
6. Gather competitive intelligence (product, schemes, etc.)
7. Oversee on-site customer experience
8. Ensure customer information is updated in the system in real time
9. Ensure complete customer documents are collected by the sales manager at the time of booking
10. Ensure inventory status is updated in the trackers / system, daily reconciliation of bookings, inventory
11. Coordinate with developer for updates, approvals
12. Analyse data, share reports, analysis with management
13. Ensure bank tie-ups for home loans
14. Minimise on booking cancellation
15. Share feedback with marketing team on creatives, channels of communication
