Position Title:  Nuts Roaster

Employment Type:  Full Time

Salary:  up to 3.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus tips, incentives, and duty meals

Job Location:  Dubai, UAE

About the Client:

A leading enterprise group based in Dubai with prestigious franchise operations within Middle East of a variety of retail & F&B;concepts

Job Description:

Sets temperature and time controls on oven for roasting process
Fills trays with nuts by hand and places trays in oven, or dumps nuts into feeder bin of screen conveyorized cooker or rotary drum in oven
Removes sample of nuts from oven, using spoon, compares nuts with color standard, and adjusts time and temperature controls of oven to ensure specified roasting
Clean roasting equipment and working station for every end of shift
Maintain records for inventory purposes

Qualifications:

Open to Asian Nationals
Male, 40 years old and below
At least 1 year of experience in the same role preferably in a retail environment background
Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
