Work alongside the sales manager in developing strategic sales plans
Coordinate internally with the production, procurement, and warehouse team to meet the customer’s needs along with the required specifications
Conduct regular market surveys to collect product information (Competitive Prices – required specification – required products)
Maintain a database of customers and making daily entries of activities on the system and follow up needed to increase sales and customer satisfaction
