الوصف الوظيفي
* Preparing Shop Drawing and As built drawings for consultant Approval/Contracting.

* Preparing Architectural Drawings mainly Joinery & Interior fit out, for Authority Approval .

* Preparation of concept drawings

* Responsible for making detailed shop drawings based on concept drawings for production

* Coordinate with Production Managers, Project Managers and Designers to gather necessary technical design and changes

* Prepare the joinery cutting list for all loose wooden/metal furniture and case goods

* Make detailed shop drawings based on concept drawings for productions

* Prepare, read and interpret drawings and sketches

* Take site measurements and accurately calculate the sizes and amount of materials needed

* Following specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings.

* Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with CADD systems.

* Performing calculations for materials and weight limitations.

* Communicating with designers and engineers, and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings.

* Preparing, reviewing and redrafting alongside the engineering team.

* Ensuring final designs are compliant with building regulations.

* Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team.

المهارات
* A degree or diploma holder

* With at least 4-6 years of experience from joinery, Fit-out, carpentry company

* Must have excellent knowledge and experience of working on AutoCAD

* Willing to work in Jabel Ali

* Prepare as Built drawing as per site conditions.

* Prepare transmittal and drawing submission.

* Self reliance & ability in AutoCAD, 3D Max,3D modelling, Photoshop Adobe,

* UAE Driver’s license is an added advantage

* General Knowledge of the interior fit out/joinery industry is essential

* Knowledge in Space Planning & Commercial Interior Environment, Fit out detailing, Specifications, Suppliers & Materials is a must

* Knowledge of Quantifying the Material

* Excellent English language skills - Verbal, written and spoken
