Your Role: The role would be responsible for the end-to-end responsibility of the project execution from, planning and designing the factory, associate with the consultants, budget preparation and progress monitoring, project tracking, liaison with various agencies, tendering process, vendor management, installation of plant equipment, commissioning, handover of the completed project post-commissioning and closure of the project. Identify critical issues at the site and extend the support to address the same.

Must Haves: The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in leading a manufacturing plant, mainly a food manufacturing company. Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent. The candidate must demonstrate management experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Excellent knowledge of theoretical and practical aspects of project management. Proven track record of engineering, installation, and commissioning. Excellent people management skills. Knowledge of maintenance systems and ISO standards.
