Plan Monthly, Quarterly and Annual sales.
Arrange resources and execute the plan in line with the budget..
Day to day follow up with sales teams and also customers to ensure smooth functioning..
Drive profitability whilst maintaining company operating standards.
Ensure assigned area staff is delivering service to the customer.
Ensure all team members are trained adequately.
Address customer complaints.
Implement and ensure the company Health & Safety Policy is met at all times.
Promote a positive perception of the company at all times both internally and externally.
Attend company meetings as requested.
