• Responsible for developing new customers across a variety of market sectors
• Build a sales database of new customers who have demand for company products
• Achieve sales target, maximize profitability and maintain a strong relationship with the customer base
• Create your own lead generation and negotiate and close deals for new and existing customers
• Monitor customer accounts and maintain sales reports
• Have extensive knowledge of the product and market trends to create and suggest solutions to match the client’s needs
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction
• Be responsible for handling customer payments and prepare regular forecasts/sales report to enable effective forward planning
Desired Candidate Profile
Salary commensurate to experience. Minimum 5 year preferred experience in Packaging/Printing industry.
Sales Experience in B2B manufacturing Sector.
Very Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good command of English language.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Word/Excel compulsory.
You must be able to work under pressure to high standards and expectations to meet tight deadlines.
Able to use own initiative in decision making and adapt effectively / work well both in a team environment and individually.
Able to communicate effectively at all levels with strong negotiation and problem solving skills
Valid Driving License is an advantage.
