Provide first Level 1 or 2 support to end-user infrastructure and applications.
Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams (HQ).
Provide physical on-site and/or remote support services for end users across the company including remote sites.
Troubleshooting and Maintaining ICT hardware and software.
Perform documentations/ICT equipment inventory.
Perform support on various in-house base system (ERP, HRMs, time attendance etc.,)
Welling to take standby support shift to provide technical support for the business.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must have exceptional technical problem solving skills, networking skills, and desktop support.
Must have excellent knowledge on IT products specification such as laptops, desktop, printers, mobile phones.
Able to manage the time effectively, Set priorities appropriately.
Maintain professionalism under stressed situations.
Can work with minimal supervision, flexible and approachable.
Must have sense of responsibility, know how to handle and finish critical task professionally in timely manner.
Degree in IT, Computer Science or relevant field.
Certified in A+ / MCP/CCNA/ITIL is a plus.
Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in ICT-Support/ Service Desk role.
Knowledge of MS Products: Active directory both on-premises, Azure/MS Office 365 (MS Teams/Exchange) is a must.
