Job Description:

 Develop Building Information Model (BIM) for the MEP services.

 Develop 2D drawing based on the coordinated BIM.

 Sheet setup in Revit & Export 2D from 3D Model

 3D modelling, drafting and detailing.

 Preparation of Shopdrawings, IFC drawings of Power, Lighting, Central battery based Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm, Telephone, CCTV & Access Control System layout,etc.

 Preparation of the Single line diagram as per standards.

 Prepare bill of quantities

 Coordination of MEP services.

 Design structured cabling system.

Note: Candidate should have ADCC standards knowledge.
