We are a Creative Digital Marketing Agency focused on growing brands online. We are looking for an ambitious and energetic DIGITAL MARKETING Manager. Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, execution, and optimization of all online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be goal-oriented, possess exceptional attention-to-detail, and have outstanding analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Prepare reports on account status
Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
المهارات
Requirements:
High level of mastery in Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic Advertising and Analytics with associated certifications. Must be PPC expert with 3 years of experience in UAE or GCC Market.
Prepare and manage a digital marketing budget.
Able to construct account development plans to maximize long-term performance and growth of account overall.
Knowledge of the entire Google Marketing Platform & Facebook Business Manager experience is a must.
Creative content creator for ads.
Solid e-commerce campaigns experience (Google Shopping Ads).
Defines, follows and evolves paid media strategies for appointed clients.
Manage day-to-day activity and workload alongside their Account Manager, ensuring it is organized in an effective and efficient way.
Multi-tasking ability.
Strong Communication Skills.
Bilingual: ability to speak and write in English & Arabic fluently and idiomatically.
