• Estimate Quantities, surface areas, Volume Etc., and perform All Quantity take offs for our assigned scope of Work which include architectural elements and non-standard shapes and forms, must be able to do this manually From Drawings,Images,and sketches and from auto Cad
• Compile the Tender of BOQ with Description Based on the Quantity Take offs
• Scrutinize and review Tender Drawings/ Document of Discrepancies, Additional BOQ item / Scope and in cooperating with the Tender Offer, Liaise with Consultant Regarding Ambiguities Contractor Work Scope and seek Clarification thereto.
• Analyze Drawing Received at bid Stage and clarify exclusions / qualifications within

• Master Quantity Preparation, Material Take off, Quotation Preparation, Follow up with Site for Accurate Production Update,
Qualification:
• Quantity Surveyor Min 4 year of Experience in Architectural Interiors Decoration Firm, Proficient in Auto Card, Advance Excel,
• Preferred Candidate who are currently in UAE
