الوصف الوظيفي Reports to: Technical Support Manager Job Purpose: To perform highly diversified duties to maintain and repair A/C units, building facilities according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems, and processes to support the achievement of the business goals and objectives. Maintain and improve facilities. Key Accountabilities: · Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot Building facilities such as A/C Units, carpentry, plumbing and electrical works. · Maintain, repair and trouble shoots building equipment. · Coordinate and participate in PM (preventative maintenance) tasks on a daily, weekly, monthly basis. · Do general cleaning and upkeep of buildings and properties. · Responsible for maintaining of PBX and server room. · Observes safety and security procedures.
