We are looking for dynamic and self-motivated people to join our team, and to help us build this company from the ground up. Team members can expect to work in a dynamic, ambitious and fun environment.
The Sales division at ServiceMarket is responsible to acquire companies on our site and nurture long-term relationships with these partners. The Sales Manager should have a holistic understanding of their clients and our services, in order to make sure we are serving them well. You will be responsible for the following
Acquire and Onboard new partners to the site: You will be responsible to grow the number of partners on our site. You will have a set target each month to achieve in terms of onboarding new partners.
Manage and retain existing relationships with our partners: You will be responsible to manage the relationship your accounts – this means meeting with them on a regular basis for feedback and providing them with solutions to improve their performance.
Grow collaboration with partners: You should be able to assess the needs of our partners, and find ways to grow our business with them through upselling new services and subscriptions.
المهارات
Minimum of 5-year experience in a Sales, Business Development, or Account Management role. Experience in sales in an Online-Based/ E-Commerce/ Digital Media company is a plus. Experience in Customer Retention and Relationship Management a plus.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a Management related field (e.g. Business, Finance, and Operations) from a reputable university
Demonstrated excellence in your career so far (awards for performance, fast track promotions). Candidates will be expected to present evidence of their achievements in sales in their previous companies
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluently spoken and written English required
Strong writing and presentation skills; candidate should be comfortable writing proposals and presenting them to partners
Good analytical and Excel skills; candidate should be comfortable with numbers and able to run analyses and reports
Must have a valid UAE driving license and car
Candidate will be expected to present references from his/her previous employer
