Reaching and exceeding Monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
Drive direct sales via cold calling, in person sales calls and referrals
Establish and maintain key accounts and channel partner relationships
Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Buzzin VMS and associated technologies and be able to communicate the value it brings to customers
Maintain good relationship with customers and facility management companies
Ability to communicate the value that our solution could bring to their premises
Customers include residential and business towers, schools, dorms, offices and residential communities.
Ability to identify the decision makers and present an appealing offer to communicate the value of the solution it brings to their premises

Proven ability to manage complex sales cycle, with a track record of successful revenue attainment.
Software Solution sales experience 3+ years
Experienced in selling direct and through/with channel partners
Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to follow a standard approach to selling to maximize efficiency and results.
Confident, assertive, great attitude, strong organizational skills, and a self-starter.
BS or BA degree from an accredited institution.
Understand technology and software solution selling.
Ability to learn quickly
Fluent in English Language / Arabic is a plus
