Position Title: Purchase Manager

Salary: up to 25K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A well known food manufacturing company that focuses on nuts, dried fruits & spices all over Middle East and Africa.
Job Description:
Assess supply chain organization to determine if business needs are being met and create action plans to address deficiencies
Oversee the purchasing function and assist the regional supply chain manager with management of all supply chain management functions
Responsible for purchase and supply planning, MRP and supplier management
Negotiate cost reductions and identifies primary and alternate sources for each item needed and encourages suppliers to remain competitive to achieve best value (quality, lead time, and service)
Manage 5 direct reports of purchase category officers and an Assistant Purchase Manager
المهارات
Qualifications:
40 years old and below
Postgraduate degree
Minimum 10+ years progressive Purchasing experience with CPIM/CSCP/CIPS; at least 5+ years management experience
Experienced in purchasing commodities (nuts, dry fruits, spices, pulses)
Should have experience in both direct and indirect purchasing
Strong working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (MS dynamics 365 preferred)
